Dear GMB Member,

Sheffield Homes Pay and Grading Ballot Result

Today at 2.00pm the ballot returns were counted which determined your collective decision on acceptance or rejection of Sheffield Homes Pay & Grading proposal.

In the letter dated “Monday 06 April 2009, page 5, Very Important Ballot Information” GMB stated that the ballot will be scrutinised by a Sheffield Homes HR Manager. Unfortunately, due to re-deployment panel priorities Sheffield Homes HR section had to send their apologies this afternoon and were happy for the Ballot count to continue in their absence.

The Ballot was counted by Steve Wellings, Colin Anderson, Phillip Watson and I.

There was a 58% return of ballot papers posted to GMB members.
The ballot returns were accepted by 89% of GMB members.

GMB will be writing to Sheffield Homes confirming acceptance of the Pay & Grading proposals as per your decision.
